Nuevo restaurante en la plaza Yamaguchi donde disfrutamos de inicio a fin. El menú breve pero súper apetecible, la atención inmejorable y la comida fantástica. Todo era muy fresco, lleno de sabor y con una presentación muy elevada. La ensalada de burrata con cherrys y tomates secos era muy ligera y sabrosa, el aguachile refrescante y novedoso, el pulpo tierno y bien combinado, y los postres sin palabras, excelentes. A new restaurant in Yamaguchi Plaza, we enjoyed it from start to finish. The menu was short but superbly appetizing, the service was unbeatable, and the food was fantastic. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The burrata salad with cherry tomatoes and sundried tomatoes was light and flavorful, the aguachile was refreshing and innovative, the octopus was tender and well-combined, and the desserts were simply excellent. We'll definitely return!

Un nuevo descubrimiento. Producto de calidad y sazón deliciosa. El pulpo riquísimo. El rebozado de las rabas muy bueno y crujiente, hacia mucho que no disfrutaba de unas rabas asi. Como postres volcan de chocolate y arroz con leche muy buenos. He de comentar que el servicio es maravilloso, tienen muy buen trato al cliente algo que a otros restaurantes de Pamplona les falta.

For dessert, the chocolate volcano and rice pudding are excellent. I must mention the wonderful service; they treat customers very well, something that other restaurants in Pamplona lack.

Un sábado en familia muy bonito y agradable en este sitio. La comida excelente, fresca para el calor pero saciante y el servicio super amable y atento. El ceviche de torreznos lo mas original y lo que mas me ha gustado, pedidlo sin duda. Lo recomiendo 100%, que nadie se lo pierda!!!

Aguachile, lomito, puerro con escabeche y un Pargo a la brasa. Estábamos 4 y genial, el puerro de 10 y el pescado perfecto, nos lo desespinaron enfrente. Muy bien Ahhh - unas Ostras brutales con un Albariño que nos recomendó el Camarero. Heavy Metal!!

El cariño y respeto del personal, es maravilloso. Hemos estado un par de veces y aunque la comida es muy, pero que muy buena, el servicio sobresale por su eficiencia y trato. Me gustaría felicitar a quien hace la selección de personal, tanto de La Borona, como del Ispa, que si no me equivoco, pertenecen al mismo propietario.
